We will ship your order within 3 to 10 business days after we confirm your payment.
In the case of presale order, any product is generally shipped within 3 to 10 business days following the launch date.
In the case of services, it depends on the date of offering the services.

Information about Product Returns
We will gladly accept your return or exchange requests if you receive any defective or incorrect products resulting from our error, or products damaged in transit .
Please note that when the reason for product returns or exchange is due to your personal preference, we will not be able to accept them.
We are committed to the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers. However, if you receive defective products, would you kindly contact us at email@example.com with photos and/or descriptions to show details of the products and defects.
Once your return is approved, an e-mail notification with a return address will be sent to you.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and shipped back in the original condition that you received it.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund, when we find your returned product doesn’t meet the above condition.
We highly recommend using the carrier that has a recorded delivery service, when you ship your product back to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
We regret to inform you that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return product and verify it meets our requirements, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Your refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. In some case, you may have up to 30 business days. Please contact your credit card company for more details.

Due Date for Product Returns
